RULES UPDATE.

All games using 10 minute quarters will use a modified version of the VHSL/ NCAA clock rules. The basic differences from the normal 8 minute quarters are:

On all plays that go out of bounds (OOB) and on all incomplete passes, the clock will stop and will restart as soon as the officials set the ball Ready for Play (RFP).

During the last 2 minutes of each half, the clock will revert back to the normal VHSL rules.

The clock will stop for all Change of possessions (COP) but the clock will start with the RFP unless it was stopped for an incomplete pass or play OOB during the last 2 minutes of each half.
